    ABOUT US WHO WE ARE A small group of creative people who found their path together aspiring to be better versions of ourselves each day. ​ From creating beautiful hair colour and cuts to styling brides and their families and not to forget artists popping out of the studio to do some editorial work or education. OUR JOURNEY Danielle took the decisions in 2017 to leave the mainstream salon industry to place her focus on more individual work; she rented a room where she was able to look after her clients. ​ She soon realised that being there alone working for the rest of her life was going to be quite lonely, and so Wildflower was born. ​ The definition of a wildflower is “a free spirit, uncultivated by the mainstream. Wild and free in a world plagued by conformity.” ​ It took Danielle three months to come up with the name of the studio, she needed it to feel like the core value of her heart, that no one would be left out, that we would be individuals, together. Working to create a greater life for ourselves. ​ What started with just one grew quite fast into a team of 15 people with many different talents. ​ That is the story of how Wildflower was born. OUR VALUES Every human is respected on the same level, from artists to assistants and every single person in our building. This in our opinion is the way it should always be. ​ To find that work life balance for each artist and create an environment and space for people to grow in their own right. MEET THE CREATOR OF WILDFLOWER DANIELLE GARNER Being a hairdresser was in my sights from a young age. I started out like most of us do sweeping hair up on a saturday while still in school. My career started there and grew each year to where I am today. For 13 years I have been about to get insight in to the world of hairdressing, exploring all aspects of being an artist. ​ If I am not creating hair I love to spend time waking up early heading down to the beach catching the sunrise and sipping on cacao. This gives e a fresh start everyday, to embrace whatever is ahead. Balance in life is the most important to me and getting to enjoy my life with my son harrison and partner Craig. ​ Travelling has also made up a good part of my life either for work or just pleasure. Getting the rush of heading off to fashion week or planning a family holiday has always been something I really enjoy doing. These elements of my personal enjoyments help to create a solid foundation in Wildflower to allow people to live a great life for themselves.     FAQ I MADE AN INQUIRY ON SOCIAL MEDIA BUT DIDN’T HEAR ANYTHING BACK? This can happen quite frequently as our social media get a high influx of messages, reactions and general notifications. For all enquiries we ask you to call the studio directly or email us with your request. We do try and stay on top of social media, but question or bookings can fall easily through the cracks. ​ HOW CAN I MAKE A BOOKING? This can be done by calling us on 01 444 6708 or emailing hello@wearewildflower.com there is also a link on our website if you prefer. ​ All new colour clients must have a free colour consultation done before booking any appointment in the studio. You will be asked for a 50% deposit when making the booking. This will of course be used on the day of your colour service. ​ DO I NEED A SKIN TEST? Yes yes yes. This must be done 48hours before any colour appointment. Once you have beenskin tested in the studio by one of our artists this will be valid for 6months. If you go longer than 6 months in between appointment you must get afresh test done. We do not accept other salons test this must be followed outin our studio. ​ DOES YOUR STUDIO HAVE PARKING? The studio does not have its own private parking, but parking can be found on the roads all around us. If you rather leave the car at home we do have the Luas stop right in front of us so you could join us for a G&T if you like. ​ I MADE AN APPOINTMENT AND NEED TO CANCEL? We understand things may change and you may not be able to make your appointment, in this case we just ask for you to let us know 72h before the appointment so we can look at filling this slot for our artist. ​ If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment your deposit will not be refunded. ​ I WOULD LIKE TO BOOK MY WEDDING WITH YOU. Head over to our bridal section on the website and fill in the contact form or send us an email at bridal@wearewildflower.com with all your details and we can see if one of our artists are free for you. ​ I AM MISSING A PRODUCT FROM MY ORDER: If this happens, please contact us as soon as possible to let us know what it is you are missing with your order receipt. We will look into this and do our best to get your product sent out to you asap or to be collected in the studio. ​ WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVE A FAULTY ITEM IN MY ORDER? If you could get in contact with us via email with proof of purchase and details of the problem our team will investigate this and if needed the product can be replaced or refunded with a Wildflower gift card. ​ I HAD A VOUCHER BUT CAN NOT FIND IT? This is no problem if you could contact us at hello@wearewildflower.com with the name on the voucher and contact number it was bought with we can follow this up for you. Our vouchers are also sent via email so be sure to search in your promotions and junk. ​ I ORDER FROM YOUR STORE BUT HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED ANYTHING? We use standard delivery service with An Post so at busy periods there is delay i.e.December. If 2 weeks have passed and you still have had nothing deliver, please contact us and we can follow this up for you. ​ WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? If for any reason there is a problem with the product you have bought, we will exchange it right away for you, but if it is a question that the product has been open or used there is nothing we can do so be sure to read the label of all products before use. ​ If the product does not suit or is no longer needed, we do offer to refund you with a Wildflower gift card that can be used in the studio or store for 5 years. This is to continue progression and finding how we can keep improving for our clients. ​ Personally, Identifiable information ​ Personally, identifiable information gathered will depend on the nature of the interaction. For example, a person making a booking with Wildflower will be requested to provide name, phone contact details, email address, and payment details. This information will not be shared by Wildflower.   • Cancellation policy | Wearewildflower

    Cancellation policy Overview Please reach out to us via email or phone as soon as possible to cancel any appointment made with our studio. We will always do our very best to help you and rearrange your booking. We just ask for as much notice as possible as the shorter the time the more our hands are tied and the last thing we wish for is for anyone to lose their deposit or the opportunity to have their hair done with us. ​ 50% Booking deposit ​ This is required for all appointments booked with Wildflower. We ask for this to be paid no less than 72h before your service. Failure to make payment with the studio either via phone or the invoice link sent out to you will result in cancellation of your appointment. We will try our best to get in contact with you via email and phone before we result in this so please just let us know. ​ Cancelling 72h before you appointment ​ We ask for a period of 72h notice for cancelling or rescheduling any appointment. If you have made contact with us either via mail or phone before this time period your deposit can either be refunded to you in whole or kept on your account for your next appointment. ​ Cancelling with less than 72h before your appointment ​ We really didn't want to end up here but unfortunately anything less for us is extremely hard for us to find a client to book into your appointment so this will result in the full loss of your deposit paid on your appointment. We will try our very best to help as we know unforeseen circumstances can arise but we can not promise that there will be a full refund of your deposit. So again please please reach out to us ASAP. ​ No Show for appointment This will result in full loss of deposit and also require for any appointment going forward to be paid in full when rebooking as we cant take the risk for our artist going forward. ​ ​

    SHIPPING POLICY Shipping Policy ​ At Wildflower you order is boxed up with care and love from our team. We take pride in how we present this to you and want it to make you feel just as happy and warm as we do every time, we see an order come in. We place all order in our Wildflower boxes with some package cushioning to protect your order. Some FAQ ​ When will I receive my Wildflower order? ​ Order is sent out with in 1-2 days of ordering. Our studio uses standard posting with an Post so you can expect to received you order with in about a week for the day you placed your order with us. ​ Does Wildflower ship internationally? ​ This is something we are looking into but for the moment we do not offer this service. We are placed in the republic of Ireland so shipping will need to be kept to here for the moment. ​ What is the cost of shipping? ​ There is a cost of €4.99 for posting. ​ What type of payment do you accept? ​ We accept all major credit cards and ATM/debit cards
